Since starting this journey, a quote that has kept me moving forward has been “don’t quit before the magic happens.” It was plastered across the main wall at the Entrepreneurship Collaborative Center in Tampa, Florida. Every time I saw that quote, it motivated me to continue pushing through when I was at my limit. It is in reference to the idea that if we don’t quit and stay patient on our heartfelt path that everything is achievable and attainable.
However — this quote can be misleading in a way. Our words mean everything regarding manifestation. If we believe something is outside of us, unreachable, or unattainable — it will be. If we believe it not to be but use language that doesn’t represent our beliefs, then we will sloppy manifest. Although it gave me hope to keeping “moving forward” on the path I was on, it also left me seeing the path I had already trekked as not enough to consider magical.
Seeing that quote gave me hope that ONE day, I will be fulfilled and successful. It didn’t leave room for me to see that I was already successful, already walking a heart-felt path, and seeing the magic materializing in front of my eyes on the daily.
If I am always waiting for the magic to happen then will it actually ever?
If I believe magic isn’t happening then will I ever see the fruits of my efforts in magical ways?
What if the magic IS happening and has always been happening FOR me?
It’s the perspectives we choose to view our lives by that have us believe the magic isn’t happening and that we have to wait longer for it TO happen.
A CHANGE OF PERSPECTIVE
During some meditation the other day, my guides came to me and said “Don’t quit WHILE the magic IS happening.” This was to remind me to stay out of a lack-based mindset and re-establish a more positive perspective in regards to how far I’ve come and what I’ve already done. Manifestation requires focused energy. If our energy is scattered with doubt — we will create hybridized manifestations we aren’t too fond of.
For most, including myself, our efforts haven’t been enough for ourselves. We’re stuck waiting for the magic to happen and fail to see that it’s already happening all around us. If we could stop, take a breath, and observe our situations from a higher lens — we’d see the magic everywhere.
Who we were a year ago is not who we are in these NOW moments. That, in and of itself, is magical. We have leveled up and been born again numerous times since last year. Yet, it would be easy to superficially look at everything and say “nothing has happened, nothing is happening, and nothing will happen FOR me.” This perspective will guarantee that we miss the magic happening all around us, keeping us exactly where we no longer desire to be.
When we take an objective step back and view our reality from a higher lens, we observe a truth that is blatantly staring us in the face. This truth is, all the illusions we continue to dabble in are outdated programs no longer helping us. They were created during a time when we weren’t strong, smart, or mature enough to take care of ourselves completely.
REMOVING OUR GOVERNORS
We have grown since then — in strength, intelligence, and maturity. Why are we still governing our lives by outdated programs constituting who we used to be? For instance, stressing over trivial things such as bills, money, and accessibility kept us “pushing through.” It was the fuel we needed to get up and grind the rat race daily. This survival program did just that — helped us survive.
Yet, now we desire to thrive.
We no longer need to “push through” because we simply are being. There isn’t a need for survival programs when you are following your heart-felt path and living in FLOW with Source and the Universe. Reality has shifted these last 3 years. Not even the physics on this “plan-it” are the same.
What most have failed to recognize is that the blocks keeping us from excelling have been removed. The safety programs governing our trajectory have been uninstalled. All that’s left is rewiring the mainframe and updating the operating system. We simply believe we are still less than, insignificant, and incapable of creating a life worth living.
What we believe, we manifest. More so now than ever. Yet — we’re already manifesting — both the positive and negative in our lives. Everything we desire is already in motion. It’s our impatience that gets us stuck. When things don’t happen fast enough according to expectations that we consciously or unconsciously set — we get frustrated.
FINDING THE ZERO POINT BETWEEN YESTERDAY & TOMORROW
Our loss of presence keeps us from seeing what’s unfolding in front of us. Our vision moves into the past or future from a negative vantage point through projection. We begin to view all the choices we made previously and second-guess them. We future-scape who we are today, as who we are tomorrow, demonstrating our incapability and highlighting our unaddressed fears.
This sours our experience and makes us want to quit or return to a more comfortable level of game play. However, through presence we are able to see what we actually have, what is actually happening, and where we’re actually going. It’s hard to be objective enough to observe present truths if we’re comparing and contrasting what we don’t have, where we haven’t been, and what we have yet to become.
By embracing our present state of being means we are embracing ourselves in totality for exactly who we are. We acknowledge and accept the magic that is unfolding around us — for us. We are able to allow ourselves the “time” it takes for great things to manifest. We give ourselves the space to be a growing human being. We invoke surrender with ease and grace knowing our truth while having complete faith.
The magic is already happening. From a microcosmic level to a macrocosmic level — it IS happening. We just have to change perspectives, reach a higher lens, and see it for ourselves. The blocks to our lived success have been removed and all that’s left to do is surrender and leap. On the other side of this trust fall is continuous magic because you’ll find your real self there.
With Gratitude,
A great perspective that comes from a life well lived!
Very good Ace!
